Retreading and repairing is recycling.
Steel comes back as steel. Rubber comes back as ground.
- Major capital investments support downsizing OTR tires to prevent landfill disposal.
- Recycled products: ASTM 1070 High Tensile steel bead wire; OTR high natural rubber mulch and crumb.
- The retread plant runs off solar energy.
